Embodied Moms: a 6-week support and educational group addressing postpartum nutrition, self-care, movement, mindfulness and body image
Taking care of yourself as a new mom is challenging. It can feel exhausting and overwhelming to think about your own nutrition and self-care needs when you are taking care of a baby and adjusting to the demands of motherhood. However, a mother’s wellbeing is one of the most important factors for a child’s wellbeing.

This group will be held on Fridays from 1-2:30pm from June 22- July 27 in the Fremont area.
Cost is $120
This group is facilitated by Amy Kovner, a Certified Nutritionist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about offering education and emotional support to women during the postpartum period.
