Pregnancy is an exciting time, but it can also feel scary and overwhelming. You might feel tired and worried about the future and it’s likely you’re feeling confused by all the information out there about what pregnant women “should” or “should not” eat.

I offer one-on-one compassionate and individualized nutrition and mental health counseling to help you better understand your nutrition needs during this time, clarify your wellness priorities and build confidence in yourself to nourish yourself and your baby well.

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for reflection and mindfulness as you transition into motherhood.
