The perinatal time is often one of intense and overwhelming emotions. It is not unusual to experience increased worry, fear, doubts, sadness and grief after having a baby. You’re not alone and you don’t have to feel so bad.
My goal is to offer a safe and supportive place to talk through this difficult life stage so you can feel like yourself again. Feel confident and at ease and have energy to be the mom you want to be.
